Mixing Instructions

The Piña Colada debuted in 1952, when it was first mixed by Ramon Marrero Perez, the head barman at the Caribe Hilton in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut

Notes

shaken hard. Served over fresh ice in tiki glass.
