Even though I can't find any info on the creation of this drink, I think it's pretty good. There are several cocktails that share the name Pink Pearl, but this is the best of those.Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1 oz Pama
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- Topped with Champagne
