Classic New Orleans recipe. Some recipes use cognac, some prefer rye. We use a bit of both, while staying true to the original.Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1.5 oz Cognac
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- Absinthe rinse
