Mixing Instructions

The Enzoni cocktail is a cross between a Negroni and a Gin Sour where the Sweet Vermouth comes in the form of muddled green grapes. An ideal drink to introduce a novice to Campari!

Ingredients

1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
0.75 Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
5 green / white grapes

Notes

Muddle the grapes in your cocktail shaker, add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass. Garnish with skewered grapes
