Easy drinking, neither sweet nor sour, this cocktail with its subtle coffee notes suits brunch or aperitivo, but was originally created as a dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

1 oz Akvavit
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Coffee
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Notes

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into rocks glass over large cube. orange twist garnish
